IoT Student Stem Project:
The goal of this project is to introduce students to the Internet of Things (IoT) by creating a Wi-Fi-enabled weather station that is able to link to a mobile device so that you can see local weather statistics!
Through constructing this station, students will gain an understanding of
- How to link a Wi-Fi enabled microcontroller to a network
- The functionality of different sensors and modules
- How to implement said sensors and modules
- Power absorption
- How to connect multiple devices to each other
- Internet of Things
